Im still trying to find the public_html file.
It isn’t a file, it is a folder - or ‘directory’, to use the more server-friendly term. It may be called something completely different in your own hosting setup, and you may not even have a folder to go into when you connect to your site using an FTP app.
Some web hosting companies will call this root-level folder “htdocs”, or “www”, or “web”, or “html”, or “webroot”, and so on. If you use a service that offers multiple domain hosting features your web-root directory might be named after the domain itself, for example “thehelpful.com”.
What is in the Directory field of Freeway’s Upload dialog? That’s what your ‘public_html’ folder will be.
