The read more generates a new page not a show hide section

on the example site you gave, the read more expands the div to show “initial hidden text” (so the more).

The read more in WebYep terms creates a new empty page instance so it could be seen as an excerpt read more (jump to an empty new page) which is more the practice in a blog-surrounding.

Cheers

No - NOT a pop-up a new page.

The read more is a simple permanent link to an automatic created new page-instance (similar to the webyep menu).

It needs to be wrapped in a loop to make it working.

hi Julie
what you will need to do is create webyep loop and in that loop you need to create an accordion triggered panel which in turn contains a webyep text area
That way when you create anew loop it and reveal the read more area you can add new text
I hope that makes sense

all the best max

Hi Julie sorry about the terrible grammer in my reply… as you can tell, I was rushing. If you can tell me which version of freeway your running and which javascript framework you would prefer then I can quickly mock something up for you.
