I am working on doing a real estate site. I did look at the other thread. and I really like PHPgrabbers script and am talking to them about some customizations.
When I mentioned adding a MLS / IDX feed (that is supplied to us) the price jumped at least $600.
I would like to find a script that we can use with freeway (like the PHP jabbers one) but also with the ability to have the MLS / IDX feed attached.
Do you have any recommendations to any other place I can look for this script / software that can be integrated with a freeway site?
I’ve never worked on one of those, but I have heard horror stories of a poorly-documented spec and mystery software needed for the server. I would think that $600 was a steal. Mark it up and pass the cost to your customer.

Thats what I am thinking… especially since they do the installation of the software. All other softwares seem to be a complete website template etc… These clients would like more of a custom look than just the template look. And They also want an opening that I can build with hype that flows into the site… and I am unsure if I can do that with the template out of the box method…
I was also looking ad doing joomla and using Paul’s actions to build the template in freeway and upload and offering one of those “extensions”
The total cost seems from PHP to be closer to 800 (600 just for adding the MLS) and another 200 for the other customizing.
I am rattling sorry - just trying to sort out ideas… I do appreciate your input.
