Recreate website.

Hi guys.
Looking for pointers to recreate this website of mine (originally a Wordpress template) in Freeway Pro 6 and wondered if it was possible to build the drop down menu with effects (I also have Exhibeo) so was hoping if this could be done somehow.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
