The Actions are unsupported, and the author is not reachable. You aren’t going to be able to use them. I’ve just added comments to the Forge to that effect.
There are non-captcha (honeypot) spam control features in both of the other popular form handlers (Send Form and PHP Form Action) to silently deal with automated submissions. Captchas cannot keep out actual people, and that is a surprising percentage of the spam you will get through your Web forms. Honeypots are equally unable to trap this, since they are designed to favor human entries.
