I am setting up return link through mals-e shopping cart. After
clicking the “create button now” button, I am told to paste the code
into my web site. That is where I get lost. Where in my web site and
how? I created my website using freeway pro.

You have to insert this on your page as a markup item.
Open the page where you want your link to go. On the very top of the
computer you will see Insert - click on it and go to Markup Item. Paste the
html code in the window that opens, click OK.
When you view your page, you will see a blue html box and you could drag
that anywhere on the page. You won’t see the info until you view it in your
browser.
