Rollover Images - no display in Explorer

I am sure there is already a thread on this somewhere but cannot find anything.

Normal image will display on all browsers when loaded, but MouseOver image I have set will not display (just the TEXT and that little red cross in the corner.

No probs with Safari, but no go in Explorer, Mozilla or Firefox.

I am guessing this is the browser which is the problem. Is there are setting I should change or anything I can force load with the site when it loads to solve the problem.
