Rollover Nav Buttons

I’ve been through the tutorials and the manuals but still need some guidance on how to create buttons that stay on/highlighted when clicked. The ones I’ve designed work for mouseover (gray) and normal(black) work just fine, but when they’re clicked I’d like them to stay red for the page that it takes you too until the user clicks on something else (pretty standard for UI).

Does anyone have a tutorial that’ll walk me through this better?

Thanks,

Kevin

Can’y believe I’m offering advice here, I’ve ony been using the trial for a few days but hey ho… I deleted the rolover button refuring to the page your on, leaving the “switched on” one in the background. It’s how it was done on one of teh templates.

Thanks for your input James - this one had been missed by the rest of us. Probably because Tutorials isn’t really the right place for it. Far better to be in the main FreewayTalk section.

Another method is to use the active class.

Or the CSS Menu action which has an option to ‘highlight current page’ (which BTW also uses the active class but without getting your coding feet wet)
