A rollover I brought into FWP 5.3 from a 3.5.15 file just doesn’t want to work, so I am trying to recreate it from scratch, and I am at wits’ end getting it to work.
The working model (3.5.15) is at http://www.VirtualVermont.com/calendar. Each map area has the Rollover action applied, and the corresponding image has the Slave Image action. A second stack of images above the main stack responds in the same fashion.
In the new file, I have the same stack of images, the same map areas, but cannot get the Rollover to work with the map areas. When I look at the map area Rollover in the Actions Window, the entire list of items in the stack, the stack name and the map area name all appear in the “Normal” column, all checked. I have tried every combination of checked items I can imagine, to no avail.
As a test, I dropped a set of Text Rollovers onto the page. They work perfectly.
Could you send your file in to support(a)softpress.com so we can take
a look please. You can just copy the page from the document into a new
document to make it smaller, then use File>Save Archive in case you
are referencing any images through the Actions you re using.
