Rollover/Target/Show/Hide - Inline

Just need a small tweak to get this right -

At the bottom of the page/AboutUs is an Easter Egg - click on the gears.

The problem I’m having is the page won’t stay in place even though I tried putting a link on the rollover and an anchor on the hidden graphic - it still jumps to the top of the parent causing the page to jump a bit.

I’ve like to avoid that if possible?

The hidden graphic is set - layer, absolute, combine…
