Hi Guys
Just wondering if anyone has come across a service emailing a company saying that they notice people exiting their site without being asked why and they can fix the problem. Sounds great or sounds odd.

I have definitely seen this if the site has a cart system, and the customer (me) has added something to the cart but not checked out. Not sure about another context for this sort of thing, though. I barely tolerate the former, would be creeped out by anything less deliberate on my part being the trigger. Just visiting a site should not get you marked down for follow-up.
