As for the new Mailist not letting you use your old handle, persistence was the key with me. After 15 attempts I thought I better read Walter’s e-mails again (well properly anyway) and lo, I saw a new password. All went rather well after that, and here I am in all my former glory

Well I’d had my full name on the last and wondered after if that was what I
wanted but never got around to changing it.
My new password didn’t open sesame - but I don’t want to work out why what I
don’t need didn’t work.
I am glad to back in an email group where I can recognise the senders.

Just had a look at the web interface. A bit dalek-like but useful to see a
whole thread.
I wonder if its possible to have the Url for the thread appear in the email?
