I’m using Mal’s ecommerce for a new site that sells cards and gifts. I have created the option for customer to have product gift wrapped using the ‘Upselling add-on products and services’ section in Mals ecommerce. This is great for the gifts but if someone is only buying cards I would rather the gift wrap option did not appear in the cart.
In the ‘Upselling add-on products and services’ it suggests this might be possible:
“It (being the gift wrap add-on) is only to be displayed when the order contains a product with an SKU (scode)”
I tried entering the name of the product (that can be gift wrapped) on my website in product field (e-buy button) to the skode (SKU) field in ‘Upselling add-on products and services’ but no luck.
Does anyone know if this is possible?
