Noticed that I cannot use scripty accordion with a graphic effects (inspector) html box (first style particularly) … Some opacity to the background, etc…
I was wondering if there was a way to have this and use scripty accordion.
Cut the Accordion box from the page, draw a new box and add your background effect to that box, then double-click inside it and paste your Accordion back into it. Be sure to remove the height attribute (click the up/down arrows left of the height field in the Inspector) after you paste the Accordion. And you know to remove it from the Accordion itself, too, right?

but here is a question - When I look at it - everything is indented. I have everything aligned left - but yet when you go to the page - all 3 things are indented… when you click on them… that one goes back into place…
why is this and how do I fix it so they all are inline…

Can you isolate your accordion elements into one box, separate from the other content in the same outer (styled) box?
+---------------------------+
| Holiday Events |
| Subhead here |
| +-----------------------+ |
| | Dancing on the Deck | |
| | Copy for that seg | |
| | Wreath Sale | |
| | Copy for that seg | |
| | Parade | |
| | Copy for that seg | |
| +-----------------------+ |
+---------------------------+
Apply the Accordion Action to the inner box, and only have the headers and (one only) paragraph after each header. If you want to separate the copy after a header into multiple paragraphs, use Shift-Return twice to simulate a paragraph break.

What I’m suggesting you try is to get rid of all elements that are not part of the accordion. Just cut the header and intro text out of the box (Holiday Events and the paragraph below it) and paste it in above the inline accordion box.
You should only have the elements that comprise the accordion effect inside that box that you’ve applied the Action to.

I did use shift / return for the multi paragraphs.
And the inside HTML box has the scripty action not the outside one.

Try getting rid of the images you have inserted in the paragraph. You may be running afoul of the code that allows you to use images as trigger elements. There’s a way to put them back, but try taking them out and see if that fixes it first.

Change your body element from the P to a DIV. Cut each paragraph of text following the header out, and replace it with an inline HTML box, then paste the text back into each inline box. You should have this:
Header
Inline HTML Box
Text in that box
Header
Inline HTML Box
Text in that box
etc
Then you can put your photos back into the inline box near the text, and it won’t matter at all.

hummm
I apologize if I am confused,
they all are in one box… inside the outer box - which I stylized (like discussed before)
I did use shift / return for the multi paragraphs.
And the inside HTML box has the scripty action not the outside one.

Can you isolate your accordion elements into one box, separate from the other content in the same outer (styled) box?

Apply the Accordion Action to the inner box, and only have the headers and (one only) paragraph after each header. If you want to separate the copy after a header into multiple paragraphs, use Shift-Return twice to simulate a paragraph break.

Thank you I figured something simple…
but here is a question - When I look at it - everything is indented. I have everything aligned left - but yet when you go to the page - all 3 things are indented… when you click on them… that one goes back into place…
why is this and how do I fix it so they all are inline…

Cut the Accordion box from the page, draw a new box and add your background effect to that box, then double-click inside it and paste your Accordion back into it. Be sure to remove the height attribute (click the up/down arrows left of the height field in the Inspector) after you paste the Accordion. And you know to remove it from the Accordion itself, too, right?

Good Morning,
I have a question about scripty accordion. I
Noticed that I cannot use scripty accordion with a graphic effects (inspector) html box (first style particularly) … Some opacity to the background, etc…
I was wondering if there was a way to have this and use scripty accordion.
