Hi,
I am building a new site and am a bit concerned that when I preview the site through safari it does not show the right side scroll bar. Is this normal and once the site goes live will the site have the scroll bar?
I would be grateful to any advice.

The scroll bar is controlled by the browser - if the page is bigger than the browser window then the scroll bars will be there.

Assuming your site has enough content to warrant scrollbars, could this be a Lion thing? In Lion, scroll bars only appear when you scroll, then fade away when you finish scrolling.
