I want to make some kind of a tekstbox where I can scroll the tekst via a scrollbar on the right of of the tekst. So I dont want to scroll the whole page just the tekst. Also I don’t want to use those white “tekstfields with a scrollbar”.
Any suggestions ?

Do you mean you do not want to use a standard HTML box with Overflow set to Scroll
There is an action http://www.actionsforge.com/projects/view/34-scrolling-layer
