Is there a way to control the scrolling text without buttons?!!
I.E via mouse over, on mouse down text moves down and on mouse up text moves up!
I have used this method of working:

The closest I can get is to draw a graphic box over the top of the scroll layer box, with scroll button action applied to it. This works on the mouse over (text down) but there is not an option to move the text back up without having to draw a separate button to add this functionality!
is this at all possible?
