I have trouble! Please help…

I recently changed these pages to SendForm action (and Google reCaptcha).

For some reason no messages are getting through!

Please help

What did you change them from? Also, we can see the HTML side of things here, but the PHP is what actually does the work, and we can’t (by design) see that code from your server. Do you know what version of PHP your server is running?

Did you apply the Action to the page itself, or to an HTML element on the page (both are correct, but the latter will require a specific design (nested elements) that Freeway doesn’t force you to use.

Also, is your hosting provider doing anything odd with respect to mail? Some hosts require that mail generated by PHP be sent “From” an address that is real, and hosted by the server itself. So if your were running www.example.com, your mailer would have to send mail from an_actual_user(a)example.com. By default, Send Form will send the mail “From” the person who filled out the form, which is called “forged headers”. This is okay if your host supports it, but can lead to the mail being dropped in transit because it looks spammy. Best practice is to send from a real user on the host, and then set “Reply-to” to the person who filled out the form.
