What type of gallery do I need that will work with the Target Show/Hide Layer action that I have in the headers of a site I’m working on ?
I’m also using PulseCMS on the pages but unfortunately their lightbox gallery method (otherwise excellent) conflicts and doesn’t allow for the header images to show. There might be an answer to this ?
It would be good if the gallery was client update-able. Hence being disappointed that the Pulse one doesn’t work.
This was a last minute call from the client - Ugh !
When you look at that link with an iPad the page appears just a fraction of the width of the background image. Think of the background fills 100% width of the screen and the page fills 20% of the width. Something is not quite right.
How did you create/position your background image?

Hi Dave,
All content apart from the header and footer is Pulse. www.isleofrum.com/home.php Its up and nearly finished but not public yet.
The inclusion of a gallery was muted early on so I can always play the too bad/too late card. Their undecided were it should be at the moment.
Pulse I think uses Slimbox but as to what type of javascript that is… Something that was slightly behind my post, so many variations of javascript that don’t wish to play with each other.
Finally added a jquery fade to header images www.isleofrum.com . In the end I used this: A Simple jQuery Slideshow | Jon Raasch's Blog A handy image fade method in itself to be used sometime elsewhere. Quite a difference compared with target show/hide action I was using - live and learn.
All content apart from header and footer on the rum site is with Pulsecms added by two well trained members of the community:-). They decided not to incorporate a pulse (jquery) gallery just yet.
Only downside seems to be that the spawn new window action (website disclaimer) doesn’t work as it did, a conflict perhaps, instead just opening in a new browser window which is fine if not as slick.
