Simple calculator/form

Hi everyone

I need to put a very simple calculator/form on a site (example below)

Customer enters a figure in box one and box 2 displays the answer using a fixed calculation. This calculation is the same for every user (box 1 multiplied by 7.475%).

Box 3 then displays the “answer” (box 2 divided by 10).

I have looked online and most “loan” calculators are way too complex.

Any ideas?
