I have installed the Site Map action on the page and it works very well except if you click on the folder name then you are directed to the first url within that folder - is this an error in the action? as it should just open the folder displayed the links shouldn’t it?
If there is a page in that folder that has your server specific ‘default’ naming convention then it should open that.
If you have no default page name index.html, index.htm, index.php, default, html then you should get a list of the pages in that folder unless indexing is off in your server cpanel settings.
And what I meant is for example, when you click the folder name ‘company’ you are taken to the first url withing that folder rather than just displaying the folders contents.

The action appears to be set to do exactly that - display the first page in the folder.
I am sure that is deliberate on the part of SP as otherwise the folder may not contain a default page and so would not display a valid link.
And if indexing is set to off on the server then the contents of the folder will not be displayed anyway.
It may be that the action could be modified to display the path to the folder but it would require that indexing be on on the server as well to give you the result that you want.
Ask SP direct - they have been responsive in the past about modifying actions to suit users particular needs.
I’ll log that as a bug and get that fixed up in the Action, I think
there could easily be a checkbox asking what behavior you want.
