The gif was actually worst…
I don’t mean switch to importing a GIF, I mean set the output format
of that image in Freeway to GIF so that is how it will be
published. JPEG is simply the wrong format for a flat-colour
logotype graphic.
I willchange the header to HTML and yes that is the font…
What, that’s actually Copperplate Gothic? What’s been done to it?
Have you forced it to be bold by using the ‘B’ button in the
Inspector?
I meant you to simply select the text ‘contact me today’ and make it into a link to the Contact page - not that Garish blob!
Not consistent colours on the Services and Links pages and ‘Please fill out…’ text too close to top of its container.
And the Address box is still not right - the address lines and tel/fax lines are not aligned - there seems to be blank spaces at the beginning of Williamsville and Fax
The Home page - Welcome in the header at the top of the LH column is jammed up to the LH edge - add a little space so it lines up with the text in the rest of the column below.
Your Logo (scales) is not positioned the same distance from the header pic on all the pages.
And I still think you could crop the main header pic to get rid of some of the water and help balance the page. You don’t have to lose any skyline…

‘Please fill out the form…’ text on the Contact page still too close to the top. Why not add another row to the top of the table just a few pixels high.
I would send you some home made wine…
Not sure about this unless you are thinking it might make good weedkiller!

Absolutely! Although I suggest putting the unique bits first. At the
very least it would make life easier while looking at the pages in
Freeway’s Site palette.
Although I hate ‘me too’ e-mails…
I agree with Keith.
Place the meaningful stuff at the front and the SEO stuff behind this.
The Retitle Page action (http://www.freewayactions.com/product.php?id=014
) can help in that you can use any title you like to navigate your
pages in Freeway and then have the action change the page title on
output. It also means that you can apply this to a master page and
update the entire site with a prefix or suffixed block of text if you
like.
So for example enter the following text into the Retitle Page action;
[t] - The Law Office of Charles A. Messina, Williamsville, New York
and you will automatically get pages titled;
Welcome - The Law Office of Charles A. Messina, Williamsville, New York

Much as I am gripped by the titanic struggle Julie is having getting to grips with designing a functioning and attractive website, I do think that FreewayTalk could do with another new section entirely to do with the mechanics of designing a website. Perhaps also with some links to design assets that others have read ad can recommend?
But I will say one thing… There were a lot of tweaks that needed to
be done… And yes some of them I sit back and think… I knew that but
o did not take the time and re look. An I am sorry about that
I think even w the tweaks, I think it is a better site, and I am
slowly gettig certain things…
I used the grid system…at least at a beginners level, and look at
the tool bar… Not 1/2 bad
But I am still learning… And that is a process in itself…
Thank you

A lot of these tweaks are standard design issues and have only partial relevance to the creation of a website. I understand that a lot of users of Freeway may come from non design related backgrounds like myself, but a lot of the feedback you are receiving deal with foundation learning. I am suggesting that these kind of issues, including spelling problems, may be better addressed in a separate section within FreewayTalk.
I totally agree… I am also from a non design background - meaning

Communication: noun: the imparting or exchanging of information or news
It does help to have an understanding of design and layout to aid communication, but not essential. Take careful note of what you need to say, and say it clearly. Web users will appreciate this.
I don’t think FreewayTalk needs a new section on the basics of web design. There is a whole web out there of good to bad to fantastic sites. Take note of works and learn to incorporate (not copy - improve or adapt) that into your sites. If you want to be a professional, learn the tools (and skills) in a dedicated professional manner. They will take time (lots of it) to master well.

I just want to say thank you to all that has helped me through this
site and others. I do appreciate it.
All of your catches of errors are right on and silly misses… I will
try to go over it more thoroughly before posting…

“It does help to have an understanding of design and layout to aid communication, but not essential.”! How sad to see a such a remark. Of course it is damn well essential, and layout is part of design btw. Ignore this Julie and give your attention to what all the guys have been advising you to do in this thread and others, read that book Paul got you to buy way back, employ those grids and if you wanted my pennyworth of advice to add to the pot I would do some research into colour if you have the time.

Not essential? The second sentence above is the definition of design!
