Search our site: change to Search but it is still over lapping the quote on the Home. Actually looks like it is happening on each page.
(now this is a separate line not a separate box - i can not figure why they would be seeing this)
the display of “Empress Bee” is way off the page.(unsure which one)
Alexander Ring Set is over lapping the Alexander Ring, same w Ganesha Ring & Meena Ring
also I am not seeing this.
he is looking at the site on chrome - FYI.
can you look at this and see if you are seeing these problems?
Download Chrome which you can then use when the client comments on the site so you should be able to recreate the problem though differences may still occur due to build numbers.
You should post the page(s) - get the info from the client - that has problem(s).
GOod point, thank you. I had done that and I still see no issues

In Safari select View>Zoom Text Only and then increase the text size while viewing your pages (Apple+) this will show you what others see when viewing the site with a system that displays fonts at a slightly larger size.
I had RPL on a few pages - did not work on others, but I will go through each page to ensure that each page is RPL compatible.
Thanks again!

Inserted as in click inside till you get a flashing cursor Insert>HTML item or just drawn on top of the existing HTML box - they are two different things with different behaviours.
But they are styled in FW as a list - that is mucking things up.
Create a new container, Insert 1 HTML box to contain all the menu items. Insert another to hold the quote and another for the Site Search stuff. All with undefined heights.

On your policies page your bg image is too dark and makes the text difficult to read over the top of it. Also you need to add some padding to the HTML container so that the text does not butt up against the sides. You have this elsewhere on your site.
The bg image is also HUGE at over 1Mb - increase the compression in PS and add some opacity or an opaque layer to fade it down. Should only need to be a couple of hundred K at most (probably a good bit less) - it is a bg image after all!
