If you know the Skype user id, then the link format is simple:
skype:userid?call
Just substitute userid with the actual user id for the Skype account
you want to call. You use the External tab of the Hyperlink dialog
(Apple-K) to create this URL, and you can apply it to a line of text
or a graphic button in the same way.
This link will only work in a browser running on a computer that has
Skype installed. If it isn’t there, then the browser will ignore it (I
think, don’t have any non-skype machines to test with). It might 404,
though. Best to use plenty of visible instructions/warnings on the page.
