Why Does the smooth scroll icon drop to the bottom of the page at smaller break points instead staying on the screen. I have it set to appear at 100px. At the phone sizes it goes to the bottom. I want it to stay on the screen in case a visitor doesn’t scroll all the way down.

Is that the action that came with a commercial Monarch template by Tim Plumb? It’s probably outdated; I had the same issue and after contacting Tim I received an updated version of the action which helped solving that issue.
