Generally there is not much you can do to detect garbage like:
‘gnheOdkTuavjQrDkc’ but if the form handler has an option for
‘badwords’ then you could stop the links in the text and so hopefully
stop the messages like the one you show. For example if using easiForm
you would enter ‘href=,[url,[link’ (without the apostropies) into the
‘Badwords’ field of the action and then any emails with fields named
‘message’ or ‘comment’ could not be sent if those fields contained any
of the following: href=, [url or [link in their text.

known as a “honeypot” field in your form. You can’t see it, and most
users can’t see it, but bots can see it and so they try to fill it in.
But when the form handler sees that the field was submitted with a
value, it knows that the entire submission was bogus and deletes it.
