Static photo linked to a video clip

Can someone help me please - I am running Freeway Pro on my iMac. I have a photograph on a page which I want to LINK to a video - so the viewer can click on the photo and the video will start. Can someone plse give me a step by step instruction - thanks very much - Mike Welch
