Yes, i just did this very thing about an hour ago! I had some text refer to an article on a magazine website, so when you click that link in my site it open a new window to that article on the magazine’s website! Very cool - I set the dimensions at 800x400 (made sure the last option in the Actions was set to NO - otherwise the link opens in the main page as well as the popup > why? dont know, but it may have some sort of application for some reason)
