Subscribe to Thread i didn't create or comment on

Walter,

In the scheme of things this my not be a priority issue.

I have tried to find out how to subscribe to a thread that i did not create or comment on, of course there is the Subscribe to the List but then you get all e-mails associated with the list. which can generate a significant amount of email traffic.

If i create a sudo (No real content) comment to a thread just to get the email notifications of future responses which would work, but i sense the forum content would lose focus as there could be many "No Content " responses to some threads were people are very interested in the thread but have no real input to make.

In my case i try to learn from the Forum threads without having the ability to make an effective contribution to the thread so i would like the ability to just Subscribe to a Thread.

Thanks

John

couldn’t you bookmark a thread in the web forum? it’s not email but
wouldn’t it allow you to quickly find new posts to that thread?

There’s also a separate RSS feed on every thread.

Yeah, that is a “feature” of Safari 6. Not a fan of this change personally because they are forcing you to use an additional apps that used to take just one.

You can always use a third party app for this purpose also such as Socialite Socialite: Simple Photo Editor which you can use for Twitter and Facebook following also.
