The New RSS Feed/RSS Page Link Actions

Can anyone give an explanation of how to apply the RSS Feed action and the RSS Page Link action (new with Freeway 5.1)?

I admit it’s early days, but there is no documentation for either (that I can find).

What is each supposed to achieve? How do you apply them?
