How can I manage to keep a menu on the left side of the page while the page is centered in the middle. Just like the homepage of softpress.com

HI,
in Freeway Pro, select the item and switch Layer on. In the dropdown next to it (which will be Absolute), select Fixed In Window instead.

Note that fixed in window may not work on the iPhone and iPad due to the differences in the way the mobile devices react to user input.
