This seems silly but I am not quite sure how to fix this.
What do you want to select to get the text in say an HTML box to format just like a normal paragraph in Word? I want it to look like how we are typing here.
I have tried some different things, but get these situations where it causes formatting errors or the text of a new line wants to sit on top of the old text.

Make sure that all your text is in one HTML container.
To get paragraph spaces select all the text and go to the Style Menu then choose Space Before or Space After to put in a spacing amount (px or em)
