TRANSITION FX/MOO INVERTED ACCORDIAN?

Hi all,

Just playing around and want to create an accordian effect, however rather than dropdown which is the usual default on most sites, I want mine to scroll upwards to reveal my info on say event mouseover/click.

Is this possible using the transition FX or moo accordian actions? Or…? Basically I want to to expand up as these currently do, only inverted!

example site : Audi UK

I know I can create this look using slave hide/trigger actions and layers, but its a bit jumpy for my liking… tut tut Audi.

Just want a smooth transition say 0.5 - 1 sec and even the possibility for the content to fade in would be perfect.

Or am I better using a jquery plugin?

TIA

Worm

This is a perfect example of the functionality I want:

http://www.audi.co.uk/new-cars/a6/rs-6-saloon.html

I think I can achieve this via placing a moo accordian inside a script parent html item, which functions via a hide slave/trigger layer action and slave chain setup.

Question:

How can I get my script parent item containing my accordian to fade in/out gracefully upon mouse over of the ‘triggered item’ EG. Indigo group #1 etc, & does the menu item have to be a graphic item?

And also on mouse out item, this will be the icing and sprinkles on my Phat cake if I can get this to work!! lol

Heh, that Audio site seems to be using moo.

So is it possible to invert the Moo accordion or transition FX actions in FW?

As far as I can tell it appears to be some fancy CSS positioning, not a moo accordion. It’s basically a backwards CSS menu.

Thanks Chuck, looking at the source code it seems as tho its been built in house using Moo custom cms production javascript.

Can this styling be achieved in FW using its actions library? Or can someone please suggest a workaround/alternative plugin or source that can possibly make this functionality possible.
