Hi. I’ve been using the tutorial in the free download of Freeway Pro. Plan on a
purchase soon but, in the meantime, I can’t preview the work. “Preview” doesn’t
work and neither does the browser icon for Safari at the top of the page. I can
see the tutorial pages I made but they are not highlighted so I can’t open them.
Is this because it is a trial or will there be a problem with the purchased
edition?

There are no differences whatsoever between trial and full versions of
Freeway (Pro or Express). The only difference is that the trial
version stops working after 30 days. How long ago did you download the
trial?
Any sites that you make during the trial period will still work as
long as you have published them and / or uploaded the published
version to a server somewhere.
Freeway is a desktop publishing application that “prints” html files,
optimized images and other content elements, CSS, and JavaScript. Once
published, these elements can be manipulated like any other Web
content, or uploaded somewhere, or whatever. But none of these files
are contained within your YourSite.freeway document file. That’s a
separate, binary file that stores the instructions for making the
finished site – it’s not the site itself.
