FW 5.6.5
I have no problem inserting and configuring a Tweet button in the layout but it doesn’t show up in the preview. I had no problem with this when using Freeway at work.
Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere. I didn’t find this when searching the posts.

No, it doesn’t. I also see that the FB button is grayed out as well.

You are showing an error

Referring to the URl you have for the Tweet button I think
Try making the Tweet button item a layered item
