Just trying to upload my new Way site but keep getting ‘error occurred’ message and ‘220- UNAUTHORISED ACCESS DENIED’.
I have contacted my host provider and they can’t see any issues. I have no problems uploading my old Freeway site with exactly the same login details.

Can you export a log file from Xway’s Upload window (Export Logs button) and send us a copy via support at softpress dot com?

Still no joy via the upload option in Xway but managed to upload it via Fetch without any problems and it all seems to be OK.
