Uploading a site

When uploading a site with just small adjustment I wonder if there is a way of uploading just the recent change. When I do the uploading it looks like Freeway upload the whole site - with take some time

I use Cyberduck.
Its FTP software which is free.(Donate)
You can select which files to upload and they will overwrite the old files.

I’ve never used Freeway to upload and so maybe someone can advise if it’s possible to select upload changes only using Freeway.

Once you’ve uploaded once using Freeway then that is what you get automatically by continuing to upload with Freeway.

Seriously. just do it for a while, see how it goes.
CyberDuck is fine, Transmit is my personal favourite, but I upload my Freeway sites using Freeway. It makes everything so much simpler.
