The page has been built by splitting the image into two.
For you to get a better handle on how this is accomplised, I would suggest you view the web page in Firefox with ‘web developer’ tools installed.
Then look at the page by selecting > outline > outline table > outline table cells. You’ll then see how the table has been constructed and how the image has been spliced.
To start the process in Freeway you simply draw a layered div (table) make it two columns wide and check ‘width can grow’ in the inspector. Then add content.
