The layout is how she wants it … I am going to snap it later…
By ‘snap it’ do you mean you’re going to do grid-based alignment later?
Julie, seriously, consideration of position and alignment should be a
fundamental part of the initial layout work, NOT something tagged on
at the end of the project. This approach is how to fail design 101.
Rather than use QuickTime, why not use a Flash video service such as
YouTube, Vimeo or similar. That provides full-screen viewing options
as a matter of course.
Also, “U-tube” (see the text on your page) is actually spelled “YouTube”.
K
Ty yes that is what I meant.
She has a few on you tube but wants one on the site
That is where I need help … Right now that is lol

Okay - the QuickTime movie on that page is approximately 77MB, which
is at least 15 to 20 times too big for regular web delivery.
Don’t fret, this is what YouTube is really good for. Sign up for an
account and upload the video, then you’ll be able to show that
YouTube video right in your Freeway page. And it’ll have a
full-screen option as standard.
Start by getting yourself a YouTube account and then uploading your
video there. Then give us a shot.
It’s hard to say what I’d recommend in terms of video services. If you use YouTube the quality of the video is going to be bad, unless you can output in HD and try that.
I did try Vimeo the other day in hopes of using it on my site for previews, but low and behold your video has to sit in a conversion queue (so far mine is 3 days and 6 hours and it’ll be ready for a 7mb clip) and I’ve even canceled, converted to FLV format, and still a longer wait. It’s almost stupid, to be honest. I’ve seen people post items on Blip.tv, that’s my next turn, but it would be easier to load it off someone elses bandwidth, so if your client can stand YouTube, then probably go with that.
There’s a lot of harsh comments in this thread, but hopefully Julie has found a solution that works.

Thank you Dan Keith and Dave. I will look into all the solutions you
have given. When I sign up for YouTube I will then get back to you
about how to go from there.
I do really appreciate all your knowledge and help

I’ve noted a number of you creations use video clips, so from just
$29 for the basic level, it could be a worthwhile investment and it is
easy to use for conversion to a Flash format.
