Video screen capture on PC -> iMovie

Can anyone recommend a PC Video screen grabbing app that can be Imported to iMovie 09? And am I right iMovie 09 supports only:
DV / Widescreen, HDV 1080i (25 and 30 fps), HDV 720p (25 and 30 fps) and MPEG 4 Simple Profile (what is Simple Profile when it’s at home?)

In all the user-testing seminars I’ve been to, and the books I’ve read, Camtasia is always touted as the next best thing to using a Mac for screen capture. I believe it supports all the normal flavors of QuickTime/MPEG video. Remember, anything video-shaped you get from the outside world you can convert into any other format using QuickTime Pro ($30 from Apple). That’s literally the Rosetta Stone of video formats.
