The video tutorials dont appear to be working. I have tried three different browsers and am getting nowhere. Thanks in advance.

Could you post a link to the page in question where you are trying to view the tutorials?

That page seems broken. I was able to get the lightboxes to load by using Chrome and allowing unsafe scripts, but the videos are not linked properly to the lightboxes.

When Softpress 1.0 went south, I uploaded all the Freeway Moments videos to my YouTube account. Here they are - the Box Set. Hope this helps.

Is there a copy of the freeway 7 video that can be found anywhere.
Thank you.

I’m still having problems accessing the tutorial. I’m able to see the list of tutorials. However, when I select the link for the “Getting Started with Responsive Design in Freeway 7,” the link returns to the list of tutorials and doesn’t play any tutorial.

I’ve tried this in Safari and then in Firefox.

All the links are broken.

The movies were probably within a http: but the videos are now https.

Sorry for interrupting this - but I get the emails.

Guys,
it’s been a week, is there a forecasted date to have the links corrected and pointing to the support videos again?

Maybe you should consider using this real cool app I’ve been playing with called Freeway.

I am not sure who has the original Freeway document for the current Softpress.com site. I can access some of the servers, but not that one, so I can’t get in and update the code directly, or upload changes from Freeway (if I even had the Freeway document itself).

F…. the original web site.

All the tutorials are on youtube.

Just clip out the headlines you want from the softeners site you want

Softpress » Support » Tutorials https://www.softpress.com/help/tutorials/index.html

and then paste them on youtube and voila….

The latest video Freeway 7 is here:

Getting started with responsive web design in Freeway - YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hUp2YQUXc7U

Have a nice summer from a greatful Freeway user.

It is still my favorite friend untill someone smart c-sucker programmer touch my sites on the servers.

HI,
Not sure why I’m getting this. I’ve not had anything to do with the Softpress website for a long time, certainly not since the responsive refresh back in 2013/14. I’ve certainly got no access to change/edit it now.

All the best,

Also Safari Web Inspector reports:

[Warning] [blocked] The page at https://www.softpress.com/help/tutorials/index.html was not allowed to run insecure content from http://cdn.freewaypro.com/scripty_lightbox_3/0.2.1/scripty_lightbox_3.js.

I’ve updated my copy of Scripty Lightbox to load it from the secure server (https), so on the sites I use it on Safari now doesn’t complain.

Doesn’t help the broken links on the tutorial page though :frowning:

Steve.

Yes - this happens because the links from start where added to the Softpress site when it was HTTP.

Then some clown changed it to https without updating the files to be accepted in the encrypted folder.

But - all the videos are on youtube so those who need them can still easily reach them.

Actually, not that I am aware of. I don’t get sent emails from here. I look in not the site. I replied, assuming it would go to those in the CC list, and no one else. I’ve only just seen that it came here. That should not be.

Somewhat annoyed now. I was not aware that I was replying to this list.
