View Source Shows Code "All over the Place"

Hello:

The client for the site I am revamping, http://
www.mythicworldtours.com/test has said:

“There’s a “download this clip” feature that shows up on every page
but there’s no video to download.”

I looked on my FW pages and see nothing that would have anything like
this so I asked her to clarify exactly where:

“The “download this clip” appears at the top of the page, right-hand
side beneath the large photo, on every city page.”

So, I looked again and this is where I found the code “issue” …

When I look at the source, I would expect to read the source as you
would the actual page - from top to bottom. However, the code for the
navigation is at the bottom of the code, beneath the footer! This
obviously makes for a very difficult time trying to figure anything
out…

My question is: Is there any way to force FW to write the code “top-
down”? And… what would be causing the “download this clip” to be
displayed for her on a PC?
