I think Vimeo might now require users to have an account before they can view videos. If I visit the link you shared, Vimeo asks me to create an account or log in (“Join Vimeo to watch”). Perhaps there is a way to create videos that don’t require this?
OH I know this is confuseing but I have already replaced the center with a new vimeo in my docs but then I saw all the YT video errors whoch stopped me in my tracks as I have had this site for 15 years and never experienced that…
to make matters worse last month before the error I uploaded the site and the vimeo would not updated so something is terribly wrong with the whole scenario… since the site is so big, display errors take forever to republish.. this is all new… I never had these issues before. you see my dliemma?

That could be a caching issue. You might be able to resolve it by holding down the Option key and choosing Reload Page From Origin from Safari’s View menu (shortcut: Command-Option-R).

YouTube and Vimeo have changed some things at their ends.
As far as Vimeo is concerned, I think you need to find out if it’s possible for users to view embedded videos without creating a Vimeo account.
Vimeo say it is possible to do that.

I threw caution to the wind and uploaded the one page to server and it worked and let me tell you
in the past I did the same upload and it would not update.. crazy!
this new YT error gave me the terrors LOL
