Webyep and visualslideshow

Hi, I’m wondering if visual slideshow http://visualslideshow.com/ can be used with Webyep

The people from the school I make a website for wants to have the possibility to select several images in once to make an image gallery ? I don’t think this is possible with Webyeb at this time ?

Any ideas or other suggestions?

Thank you,
Bart

All by themselves, Web forms cannot upload more than a single file at
a time. There are two alternatives – use a Flash or Java based
uploader applet, or Zip the files and have the server unzip the bundle
into its component parts. I have used both techniques, and they have
their ups and downs. The former is fiddly as all get-out to get
working, and then relies on the end-user having their computer
configured a certain way, which is never a good bet in a public Web
site. The latter relies on the user knowing how to Zip a folder, and
understanding that he needs to. See the former for the conditions
surrounding that.

Hi Walter,

Thanks for the explanation. I think this will get complicated for the client so he better can upload one file at the time.
