Is RubyFlow in need of such guidelines?

I’ve never used the site so I have no idea.

Generally speaking, no, but there have been a few off-topic posts lately, and the quality of posts have been uneven of late. It’s good to see the owner stepping in and laying out the rules. I recall over the many years I have been on this list, that every few years Richard Logan would need to get out his policeman’s whistle and do a little “what’s all this, then” when someone would get a little ad hominem. Thankfully rare around here.
