Green means it’s a layer element, blue means it’s a table-layout item. Gray means it’s a graphic, which can be either table or layer-positioned, so you’ll have to check the Inspector to see which one it is.

What does a box with a grayed X mean in the Page view of Freeway Pro?
Also, I noticed that these boxes are color coded. I’m assuming green means HTML item and blue means Graphic Item. Is that correct?
If it is a grayed x then that usually means that there are overlapping html items (blue ones) and content cant be displayed.

Really? That’s weird. I have two images on a page that have an X through them, but they’re viewable, and I have a footer that’s exhibiting the same, and that’s viewable as well. How do I troubleshoot this?
An image that has an X through it may be an image that is a) set to pass-through and b) too large for the box size drawn. Try fitting the box to the contents: shift-command-D
