Wunderkit

I’m not sure I would ever have need of a collaboration service but it’s interesting. Slick, that’s for sure. I’m iffy on the social network aspect but I can see how it ties in. I admire both the programming mojo and design aesthetic. It’ll be interesting to see if it takes off or falls flat.

I’ve been using it for a while now and it works pretty well on all platforms (best is on the iPhone funnily enough).

There are some other features and filters they’re working on and also there will be plug-in apps (I’m guessing in an Evernote kind of a way) coming too.

All in all, it’s my favourite at the moment.

Do you use it primarily for private projects or collaboration?

I use it for studio traffic at work. I have 2 colleagues that have admin control too. One bug with sharing tasks is that those shared items don’t appear on the main dashboard screen… so you cannot see all the stared or dated task in one list. Only when you go into each dashboard (I have 1 dashboard for each client - and I have about 30 dashboards set-up).

So. For now, I have set-up one account login and let the others log in with that until this bug is solved.

Hmmm … interesting. I’m still getting a feel for it so maybe I can find a use for it. I occasionally use their lightweight standalone Wunderlist app for simple to-do stuff so this service might be overkill for me. Maybe I should set-up a dummy workspace and invite some people to get a better idea of how it all fits together. It looks very nice though.

I tried it and stopped, then tried it again for a few days and once you’ve got into it it’s pretty good. Well, until the next tasks / project app comes along.
