Xway (and Freeway) serial numbers

  1. If you’re upgrading from Freeway to Xway, you can purchase Xway for half price by entering your Freeway serial number. This should work with any serial number that is for Freeway 5.5 (Pro or Express) or later. If you don’t have a record of your Freeway serial number, the easiest way to find it is by searching through your emails for “FP70” (Freeway Pro 7), “FP60” (Freeway Pro 6), “FP55” (Freeway Pro 5.5), “FE60” (Freeway Express 6), or “FE55” (Freeway Express 5.5): e.g. type “FP70” (or the appropriate sequence for the Freeway version you have).

  2. If you have an older serial number (for Freeway 5 or earlier), contact us via support at softpress dot com.

  3. If you have purchased Xway but haven’t received a serial number, look in your spam folder in case the serial number email has ended up there. If you can’t find it there, contact us via support at softpress dot com.

  4. If you do have any serial number issues, you can use Xway in trial mode in the meantime. Xway is fully functional in trial mode.

I upgraded from Freeway using my old serial number, payment was processed, and I also did not receive my new Xway serial number.

Hi Bert,

Paddle (who handle our sales) should have sent an email containing the new serial number.

I can arrange for this to be re-sent, but can you look in your spam folder in case it’s ended up there?

Not in spam, I keep checking. If you can arrange to resend it I’d be grateful. Will let you know if it arrives.
