From the scratch I can’t see anything wrong. But I haven’t tried the form cause I dont want to spam your customer. The error messages are functional as far as I can see.

I just meant - did you add any other method of checking the email address entered.
Remove the action from the page/form/table - wherever it is applied.
Publish and upload.
Reapply the action and republish and upload.

Yes - I have tried entering wrong emails, emails that work, leaving blank - all same error -
I have done the remove and publish - add republish already
