It appears the website has crashed.

If you update the URL to just https://softpress.com then it will work.

I have a Freeway serial number starting P5130 (plus more) from 2008 which seems to be ‘not recognised’. As Freeway doesn’t work on my newish iMac now and I have been using the beta can I still use that number and why Is it not working?

Hi David,

Serial numbers that begin with P5 are for Freeway 5 Pro, and it seems like we don’t support those for upgrades.

But according to our registrations database, you also have a Freeway 5.5 serial number (beginning FP55). That should work!

If you don’t have it to hand, I can send it in a private message.

The new Xway website is working fine for me. I have paid for and downloaded the new Xway app; seems to be working OK.

Although, according to ‘Xway 0.9d57’ release notes there should be new fonts available, including Optima, etc.: I cannot see the new fonts.

…I have just realised that I was still using the earlier (trail?) version. Updated Xway, and I can now see the new fonts! Excellent! Well done Xway guys.
